It's ok, worth a try for the price
I've only had this for a few weeks and the stitching came undone and this pillow is filled with these little plastic microbeads that are all over my car now. I'm just glad we caught it right away before it turned into a catastrophic failure. Regarding the headrest I would give it a 3 out of 5, it makes the chin to chest position my 1.5 year old gets while falling asleep a little easier. He doesn't keep his head straight, but he's in a better position. I'll try to sew mine back on and see if it can still be saved.
