Pros: Packaging and shipping were perfect. Arrived very timely and very well packaged for the trip. Bad: didn't have all the functionality of my factory mirror (I'm ashamed I didn't read the description better or didn't understand what wasn't there). My truck is a 2011 F150 Lariat with all the trimmings. I only noticed the problem when I was about to install a new mirror and saw that the connector for the new mirror was missing a couple of pins that the factory mirror had. These pins appear to control the night light on the underside of the mirror and the mechanism that folds the mirror back into the cockpit. If the mirror you are replacing does not have these features, it will work just fine. If so, you lose those features. You can also use a spacer from an old mirror (between the mirror assembly and the door) as the one provided is smaller and will not fit. Don't think you can use the lens or turn signal from this mirror on a factory mirror. They have different connections.
