I had to replace the rollers because the bushings were sticking so I bought a conversion kit. There would have been more stars but it went from an hour of work to 4 hours because after everything was put together everything looked good but just didn't sound right. A little less intuition and I would think nothing of it and let it take its course and overload or burn the engine. Finally noticed that the idler pulley is rubbing against the motor pulley. It wasn't easy figuring this out until I decided to dig the old belt out of the trash and compare the two. The new strap was an inch shorter, I just put the old strap on and it works fine again.
