I've learned the hard way that not all other brands of toner are created equal. This toner clogged my printer (Dell) and I had to take it to a repair shop to have it cleaned. The mechanic said EPS was one of the worst brands he had seen and should never be used. He replaced my cartridges with cartridges from another brand (the label says "DE") that he trusts and this didn't cause me any problems. I will never buy this again, it ended up costing me a lot of money as I had to throw it away and pay $40 to fix the printer.
