Review on Xspec 20" Folding City Commuter Bike - Lightweight & Efficient 7-Speed Design For Urban Travel by Brian Nelson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's a great buy - excellent price for a great bike.

Bought it couple of months ago for my daughter. After several riding within the last two months, it's time to write a review. This review will be breaking in two parts - bike itself and the customer service. This bike needs some assembly works, and they are rather straight forward. Also all bikes need some sort of fine-tuned, and this is no exception. The bike is well built and it should last years with proper care and maintenance. Here is the reality check - after all, this is a less-than-$200 bike, one shouldn't expect to be on par with the $500+ bike.Weight - It's not the lightest but completely manageable with both hands to load/unload from our trunk. It's about 30 - 32 lbs.Lastly, the customer service - Excellent and responsive. I received the bike with minor QC issue with the handle bar. Dropped them an email on Friday (after work), and they responded over the weekend. Asked for detail, I replied. Couple of days later, the replacement part was delivered. Excellent service!Did I mention the bike is beautiful? My daughter loves it.
