The simplicity! It's easy for me personally because I'm not technical at all so any issues are sorted quickly by our team who work remotely via Slack or Zoom calls (or even just text messages!). They're always available if we need them - which isn't often but when you do they make life easier :) There aren;t many cons really other then maybe being able tp ask questions about features without having someone else there? But hey thats also one reason why this service exists haha!! Super simple way to solve my problems day after daaay. Highly recommend Interface AI / Xero Support! My daily tasks include everything between invoicing clients &amp ; managing their accounts payable/payments receivable payments etc.. This saves us time each month compared what would take hours manually otherwise!! So much better efficiency overall. ! And best part its super cheap too :D Definitely use.
