The product has been very stable, with no issues encountered since implementation in our environment.

It's easy for administrators to manage across multiple sites. There are some limitations around what can be configured within the tool itself - this could lead to confusion when troubleshooting problems, but I'm sure these will be resolved over time as the software matures. We have had to look at other products which offer similar functionality, however we found SNApatch offered more flexibility than others, allowing us to configure it how best suited our needs.
