I purchased this clock for a friend. She was absolutely thrilled when she opened the box. It was beautiful and fit perfectly with their decor. Problem #1.: The description on revain said nothing about it being run by batteries or what kind so we thought it was a wind-up clock which is what she wanted. Problem #2: After four members of her family all tried to make it work according to the directions, they still could not get it to chime when it was supposed to. After two days of trying they finally gave up and decided to send it back. Problem #3. With no access to a printer, UPS store, or participating Kohl's, they finally decided to take it back to the Post Office it was delivered to. The attendant found an address on the box and made up a return address label. The advertisement on revain said "Free Return" but it ended up costing her $37+ dollars. Now we are hoping it finds its way back to the place from whence it came, and I in turn receive credit. Lesson learned - Next time we will shop at a store where hopefully there will be someone to talk to if problems arise.
