Good privacy screen and flawless. Nothing to complain about at all. Installation is easy, and within five minutes you can slide the screen in and out of your computer screen (if you want). I keep mine in the laptop neatly and comfortably as it fits perfectly. When you look away, your information is obscured on the screen, but when you sit in front of the computer, you see clearly; On the plus side, the filter reduces annoying screen reflections. I can't help but express my concerns about some of the reviews without really downplaying other mishaps, but one fact should be clear: This filter, like other filters (I learned from research prior to purchase), works best when there is light. Knowing this, I would not be entitled to judge when I would use a filter with no light and expect it to be dark. Find out. This is a valued purchase and if you want to try it you can agree with the facts in this review. I can't find anything to complain about at all. Another possibility could be that the product has been redesigned: but whatever it is, it's a useful product.
