Everything that is stated in the description came! I love knowing that my lashes are being washed! Before I got this I used my regular toner and it was awful because it would stick to my lashes and sting my poor eyeballs haha. It's foamy and very light and you feel clean after use! Will definitely be buying more and will definitely recommend to everyone I know with lashes! I only use my hands, don't know why you need the brush it comes with, but I only got my first lash a week ago so I don't know much to be completely honest!
