Not thick or long enough to provide support
Spend $10 more for a better body pillow. I ordered this pillow to keep with my parents for late night visits. It has enough material to recline to sleep on your side but not enough to support your hips. I woke up in pain all night. It's far more convenient to stock up on all those extra regular pillows to build yourself a small support nest, and if you're buying body pillows you already know how inconvenient it is to rebuild the nest every time you change positions . I think I'll keep this nursing support pillow, but other than that it's just a waste of space.
