Received in February 2019 and installed according to instructions. In use for almost a year. I bought this because I had problems with a water softener that uses salt. I'm also tired of carrying salt up and down stairs. Their claims: EXCELLENT CALCIUM CONTROL - False, more limescale build up than ever before in this home. Hazy crockery and cutlery. The dishwasher was covered with scale. The shower walls and glass door were also filled with stains. NO SALT; NO EXPENSIVE MAINTENANCE: Yes, but what's the point if it doesn't work? EASY TO INSTALL: Again, true, but what's the point if it doesn't work? BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: BE SURE IT DOESN'T WORK! LOL with 2 year warranty. But I don't get my money back if it just doesn't work. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
