Not A Great Place To Work If You Want Flexibility
I like that Imperial has a great reward program, and that the employees are extremely friendly. The schedule and hours of work are not flexible. Sometimes it takes too long to clock in or out. I really dislike the fact that there are only two bathrooms. It is not a comfortable place to work if you have to go to the bathroom. Also, the area itself is not very clean. It is also not easy to get to. The benefits are not very good. Also, I do not like that they pay so little. They do not help you out if you need to take time off. I do not recommend Imperial Distributors to anyone. I would not recommend working here to anyone. It is not worth it. The benefits are not good. The schedule is not flexible. - There’s nothing positive about this job! Just beware before starting your career with them as being an employee for imperial distributors will bring more than enough headaches & regret..you won't enjoy what's ahead at all.they don't care much either because i've never received proper training nor did anybody else who worked beside me receive any type oi assistance from management
