First I got the cheaper version sold elsewhere on Revain. But I realized I had to buy premium choice guards and the ones that came with the kit weren't very good. Even though it's $10 more, you're actually saving a lot of money as it costs about $30 to buy the premium guards alone. They also have a little hair flap which is nice. I bought a 5 star pensioner, but it's about 3 times more expensive. Anyway, I only use it to cut my own hair, so that's quite enough. Feels a lot lighter than my Andis Masters and a lot more comfortable with no cords! It seems better to wash! If definitely recommended only for guards alone.
