Over 200 degrees
I bought these for my ThermoPro TP20. These probes are unstable and have a deviation of more than 200 degrees. I considered just calibrating my thermometer, so I tested it with both boiling and ice water. When boiling water, I got readings of 12 and 13 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 200 and 201 degrees from the boiling point of water at 212 degrees. I couldn't even get a stable reading in ice water. Use official ThermoPro replacement parts.
