There's a lot to love about this chair. The ergonomics are great. Triple paddles give you a level of customization not available on chairs two or three times the price. Looks great, very comfortable. In fact, one of the most comfortable chairs I've had in several decades of work. So what's the problem? The wheelbase is made of plastic. Even the slide-in area where you insert the wheels is made of plastic. As a result, you sit in a chair and suddenly the tongue attaching the wheel to the base breaks and hits! Instant garbage. Of course, you can order a new metal base and wheels for around $85, but that gets boring quickly. I've had two of these chairs - both broke about six months after original purchase.
