Made my thick wavy hair go totally flat, lifeless, and limp. Made my natural color look dull and brown, no shine, caused flaky, dry, itchy scalp, and made my hair feel super dry and brittle! Bought because someone at the company recommended this line for my hair type- it is by far the worst I have ever used. So sad because I wanted to love it and this company, but after trying to stick with it for a month, and getting frustrated with poor customer service I cannot support Innersense Organic Beauty.I understand that this is a small company, but for the outrageous prices they are charging for their products, they could be doing a MUCH better job to take care of their customers. Customer service was very short and rude with me, and made me feel like it was MY fault that these products ruined my hair. They would only offer a refund after I paid almost $13 to ship the shampoo and conditioner back to them because they reuse opened products (they say that they "don’t resell them” but use them as testers in stores- still totally gross! Who knows what could be inside those bottles.). Overall I spent $58 for shampoo and conditioner that was AWFUL, was treated very badly by customer service, and had to spend MORE MONEY in order to receive a partial refund.I am reviewing on amazon even though I purchased directly from their website because they do not post reviews online. So much for "transparency.”
