Good with limitations

Overall this works for what I need. Light and compact, just what I wanted. It doesn't have wheels (nor does it need them), but it slides easily if you want to go hands-free instead of carrying it by the handle. Suction power is good, but not fantastic (don't expect the performance of a full-size Shop Vac). Someone has complained about the dangling cord, but it easily wraps around the section holding the attachments. Including 2 nozzles. My normal vacuum cleaner attachments work too. You need an extension cord, just like my regular vacuum cleaner. There are some limitations to be aware of: 1) The hose is short so be prepared to bend it severely when using it. My regular vacuum nozzles fit on it so I can use them to extend the hose but it reduces suction. 2) The diameter of the hose is about the same as my regular vacuum cleaner. If you vacuum a lot of soft material that compacts (e.g. sawdust or hay), the hose will become clogged. Luckily, you can remove the narrow end of the hose and pierce it with a dowel or broomstick to clean it out. Too bad they didn't make the hose a little wider. 3) The bin is very small, which makes it lightweight, but since the motor and filter take up most of the space, you'll need to empty it quite often. All in all it's good enough for what I need and I don't mind cleaning the hose when I use it. But if you need to vacuum in tough conditions, get the full-size Shop Vac.
