Bought a pink and green fan for my kids to go to Disney in the stroller! When they arrived the pink looked open and the green had no logo in the middle (my son was very upset that his appearance was so different). I emailed the company and received a response very quickly. They were very apologetic and asked me to check if the fans were working. After charging, the green color was perfect while the pink color only worked when connected to the network. After reporting this to customer service, I offered to exchange it. They made it even better: They replaced both fans for free and sent extra batteries and logo stickers! I never had to send the other two back! They are exactly the same as in the photo! Arrived quickly, the fan performance is good! We haven't been to Disney yet, so I'll report back after the trip. But for now I would highly recommend these fans and their customer service is top notch! Thank you Glovion!
