The best part about PIP is how straightforward everything is. There's no hassle in getting quotes and making the payments - you literally pay online! I don't like that you have to be a member in order to use their website; however, I'm sure there is an option so that nonmembers can still access their site and make purchases. Be careful with your credit if using this website, because credit inquiries may pop up from all around. Before PIP I never knew what was actually included in my standard shipping insurance. And when it comes time to file a claim it usually ends up costing more than expected, so I'm glad there is always some sort of discount offered. Also not only does it save me money every step of the way, but it feels better knowing that I know I'm covered in case something goes wrong. I like the ease of getting quotes and the ease of getting quotes for my companies. I dislike the lack of customer service. I have had to call them several times and they don't help me. They have an app but it doesn't help with the customer service. Get quotes from several insurance companies and compare them. I have been able to get quotes for my companies and get the best rate.
