The backrest is too inclined compared to the seat. Sitting, the back does not support. When I lean back in the seat, I lean back. I want to stretch the back more upright like a car seat. But it doesn't move like that. The seat needs more lumbar and lumbar support. I had to get a small pillow to be reasonably comfortable sitting up straight. Even when the seat is locked in an upright position, i.e. not reclined, it still wobbles back and forth a little. It doesn't close tightly. If you recline it, it reclines too far. I felt thrown back. The chair feels quite soft, which I like, but it just doesn't suit me. I'll see if I can return this chair which will be a problem as I have to take it apart and try to repackage it.
