Read all updates. Received 3 days ago. The first 4-5 times everything worked perfectly. I'm having problems with my car right now. It can seal well. But now when you use a vacuum seal, it just keeps vacuuming instead of automatically creating a seal. I can seal during the vacuum cycle but then it loses suction and so seals the bag. worked 3 days. Buy something else. Update: I contacted the seller and he sent me a replacement. I will update the rating based on how well the new one works once I receive it. After working with the seller, they were able to quickly replace the defective unit with a working one. I've only had the new one for a day, but after using it a few times it has worked so far. If anything changes I will update this review. The seller responded quickly and did everything right. Recommend customer service. The block works well when it works. I like the pocket storage compartment as well as the cutting mechanism. The pulse function is also very useful for wet food. As long as this device lasts it is definitely worth the money and would recommend this product.
