After buying the 1T block I wanted to clone my hard drive. I went to Western Digital. com and download SSD manager app and select "Clone Disk". When I did this, I received a message that the software was out of date and I clicked the link provided. When I did, WD was advertising the Acronis software for $40. My heart sank after spending $110 on a CD. I feel excluded. Can I request a refund? I thought a $110 SSD would let me clone for free? It seems like the whole computer/electronics world takes money for everything. But I feel very betrayed. I was never told to buy clones. I was told it's free.
