I bought this headset because I had irritated my right ear so much it was painful. This headset is very comfortable for my right ear but a bit annoying for my left ear. It sits a little awkwardly at first, but the more you wear it, the more it adjusts and sits better on your head. I like the different stations you can tune in to so you can tune in while you're on a call that doesn't come through clearly. The microphone is amazing, it can be bent and it's very nice to use/adjust during the call. It is very helpful to bring it closer to the mouth if needed when talking to people with hearing impairments. The mute button is easy to use and the chord length is perfect.
