As someone who used to hate shaving, I recently switched to a double-edged safety razor and was initially wary of shredding my face with the blades. With Mach 3 I could hardly shave twice a week, otherwise my face would be completely indignant. Since switching to Astra Superior Platinum Blades, Taylor of Old Bond Street Creme and it as an aftershave I feel like I can shave 4 or 5 times a week and I won't wear myself out anymore. As an aftershave, this product is excellent. A small dab (perhaps the size of a penny) covers my entire face with a very pleasant sensation that lasts a few moments before disappearing. When I love my house in the morning there is no perceptible smell in it. The cost may seem high but the quality is excellent and it seems this 100ml bottle will last you at least six months.
