I recently lost my Holy Grail tweezers and based on the great reviews I ordered some. I may have received a defective pair but these tweezers are TERRIBLE. Often when I grab a hair, it just breaks it, leaving whatever is outside of the point of contact. Even if he doesn't break his hair, he won't grab it at all. they are incredibly disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it to any friend. ____________________________________ After I wrote my first review, the company contacted me within hours. They immediately sent me new tweezers (along with a handwritten note) and the new set is fantastic. I genuinely believe my first order was defective and not up to quality. It's so wonderful that this company cares so much about their customers and stands behind their products.
