I really like this hair dryer. My granddaughter got a Dyson for Christmas and can't compare but this one is less than 1/10 the price and works really well. I used an almost old hair dryer which dried and damaged my hair making it look dull. I was hoping that the ionic technology in the new dryer would help and it definitely did. Also, this hair dryer never feels like the air coming out is too hot, but it dries my hair very effectively. Don't get me wrong, it's warm enough on the highest setting. He also looks cute with a pink accent. I will mention that when I first got it I thought it was broken because it was just blowing cold air. I quickly realized that the cool down button stays depressed when you press it, so you don't have to hold it down while using it. Then just click it again to release it. It was unlike other dryers I've used and I really like it. My only complaint with this dryer is that the attachments don't stay secure in my experience. Maybe I'm doing something wrong again! UPDATE 1/30/21: Rating changed to 5 stars because I suspected it was my incompetence with attachments, not the manufacturers. I finally figured out that to get the latches on the concentrator nozzle tight behind the flanges on the hair dryer I have to turn counter clockwise! So now everything is fine! Good and cheap dryer!
