I ordered the hat for my husband as a Christmas present. Due to circumstances out of the company’s control, it arrived extremely late. I contacted their customer service with my concerns and received a prompt, helpful response. The wait continued but resulted in a generous resolution from the company, very pleasant e-mails back and forth, and eventually the arrival of a gift that thrilled my husband.
