It wobbles and you have to screw it to the wall for support.
I was going to put my legs under the carpet, but I did; Stand wobbles a lot. They recommend drilling holes for the hook, but that defeats the purpose of not mounting it directly to the wall. The metal is ok, but the silver screws are very annoying. I replaced it with a cheaper version and it works and looks a lot better than this $90 one.
