My first pack of Zeiss lens cleaning cloths (400 pieces) worked perfectly and I was 100% satisfied. Since my box of 400 was running out, I ordered a box of 200. I am absolutely NOT satisfied with the new product. Cloths are almost dry and do not clean; They only leave streaks and stains. I called the phone number on the package and received no satisfaction from Zeiss. Essentially, they were saying, "That's not our problem. We sell a good product to retailers and they have to throw away products that are older than so-and-so. It appears that the seller sold you an expired item. refund or exchange. Well, I've now exceeded the Revain 30 day return or exchange period. So I'm unlucky. By the way, if you first wash the lenses with fresh water, and then use a tissue, everything will work fine. But that kills the whole idea of a pocket-sized "portable" lens cleaner, right?
