I have had my eye on this type of storage boxes for a long time as I am always looking for dust control strategies and they are easy to clean and dust proof. Items I want to keep on the counter in the bathroom. They also make the counter look tidier and help organize my personal care/beauty items better. I was happy to find them in sizes and styles that met my needs. I ordered two from the same listing in a slightly different design. The first one I opened was intact, which surprised me when I saw how it was packaged. They come fully assembled in a box that has nothing to protect except molded foam at each end. Most parties are not protected from the impact that inevitably occurs during the delivery process. The second one I opened was cracked with pieces broken off resulting in the drawer not working properly. I sent the unit back to have it replaced and the replacement part also arrived broken. This time it was a big crack at the bottom of a big piece but I was able to put it back where the crack moved it so it works and the crack isn't visible when it's all put together. I don't think the rift will spread and I hate giving things back unnecessarily so I keep them even if they are damaged. Overall this is a 5 star product that serves its purpose and looks very nice on my bathroom countertop but it needs to be fully packed in foam or other buffer to avoid possible shock to avoid damage during shipping which is why i' i give it 4 stars.
