Good seller: Nail Art & Polish
The seller is nice and local to me. It adds a sweet touch and has thoughtful packaging. For me (I'm not a manicurist and I'm not a professional) it's beautiful but rough to the touch. If I try to smooth it out I can feel the shine go away. AGAIN I'm not a pro so maybe I did something wrong. I don't mind the rough texture and have used it as a party nail every time I got a manicure since I got this item. It resembles snow. Looking good for the water!
