I use reusable Ziploc bags and have tried many over the past 10 years. I was a bit skeptical about the sunroof design but decided to give it a try. The quality of these bags is much higher than other similar products I have used; The bags are thicker and I like the stand up design which allows the bags to be stored horizontally but holds a lot more "things" than other reusable bags. We plan meals/cook so storing food is a top priority. These bags are ideal for storing leftover broths and liquids, shredded ingredients and small items. I like to squeeze the air out of the pouches and the inside "compacts" the contents to retain more freshness. My carpal tunnel is pretty bad so easy closing/opening mechanisms are important. I had no trouble getting the top bar on and off bags and I love that the bar provides a much more secure closure for bags than Velcro (not airtight; only good for dry snacks) or typical zippers. (you can't put that much in there or "ziploc" will burst. The durable silicone pouches also stretch a bit, allowing me to fit a lot more in than I expected.
