Excellent Customer Service, Highly Reliable Hosting
I've been using heaven hoster since 2010 when i was new in blogging business. It has excellent customer support & always willing to fix my problems even it takes long hours (in some cases days). There isn't much that could dislike about their service. Just keep up your faith as their quality control never fails! Their main problem now is lack of resources. They should invest more into infrastructure than just having great people working there. But still the service is worth every penny. I am doing SEO work for one of my clients and have used them for 4 years without any trouble or complaints whatsoever.

- Quick response times from sales team specially if you're small shop with limited budget, quick payment processing too we can get instant confirmation emails almost immediately once order's accepted which saves us time/costs otherwise spent manually checking our email inbox all day :) fast turnaround process also makes life easier especially at peak seasons where orders are coming thick n'
