Not a very good connection

I want to like these cables but I had a few from my order that might make my mining rig unstable. I wiggled the cable and switching the GPU to a different brand splitter got it working again and now the setup was stable again. The wire is marked 18AWG but seems very thin and flimsy compared to my other 18AWG splitters. 4 out of 6 seems to work for me. Won't buy these again.
