Diligent cleaning and drying is necessary

These cutters are a valuable tool to have on hand for any number of bread/buscuit making adventures. The only complaint I have is that if you don't clean and dry them quickly and VERY thoroughly, rust begins to form where the handle meets the body of the cutter.
