This spoon is ideal for removing food from the fryer. The handle is long enough so I don't have to worry about oil splattering and burning my hand. It's made from a single piece of metal, with no screws to break later. The slots are far apart, so the oil will drip when you take food out of the oil, and it's easy to wash and clean.
