I have a half pan that I bought at a local restaurant supply store that has lasted at least 10 years. I finally decided to get rid of the mess of mismatched pans and just buy all the off the shelf standard sizes and figured it was a good deal as it comes with a grate and silicone mat. Unfortunately, it appears to be at least 30% thinner than a frying pan. I already own It had a dent which doesn't bother me but is worth noting as my 10 year old skillet is dent free and has been through a lot. I decided to go to a local store and found that they also sell grate and silicone mat combo packs for the same price. I guess from now on I'll just go to my local store where I can get a feel for what I'm buying. I'm keeping these anyway because why not, at least I still have a nice grill and silicone mat.
