After using my Cybersonic electric toothbrush for over a decade, the handle of the original toothbrush started to break. It's great to be able to replace this main part of my "sonic" toothbrush system for less than the price of a complete system. My first Cybersonic's handle was partially made of a rubbery material, and that material dissolved and rendered it unusable. Made entirely of hard plastic, I believe this pen should last even longer than my first one. However, this adds a little extra weight to the item.
