The brackets are very strong and durable as there is no type to enter.
Mounts are very strong and durable as there is no need to go into any wooden studs. They seem to be more for HDMI and audio cables. They fit a 3 pin power cord, but this requires some pressure. If you're going to thread it through, I suggest doing it before attaching the brackets to the wall. The product works great, I just want the opening to be literally 4cm wider to solve this problem. It still works and looks great.
