I like that you can customize your own form to fit any need for an organization or person who needs assistance with their identification process (or lack thereof). It is very easy-to use; however some fields are not intuitive at all - i have had multiple users struggle through them until they realize how simple it really was! Some areas in this software could be more specific as well so we don't receive calls asking about something which isn’t even listed anywhere online but has been asked by other people using our system already!! Great tool if one wants control over what information gets sent off site vs being told everything will get passed along without question from another party/person outside ourselves when working remotely via phone call etc... We now work together across teams where everyone knows each others background checks &amp credentials. This allows us access into many different programs such as student.
