Not the best shoes for cross training
Nice looking shoes. That's all. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was walking on a wooden floor. Very brave. I'm sure it took a while to break in, but I can tell how good a shoe is when I put it on. I've heard they're good for plyometrics, which I do TONS of, but they're terrible. I gave two stars because it's lightweight and I like the way it looks.
