The most important thing I like about cyber bit is that their customer support staff are always willing to help with any questions or queries which you may have regarding your software product! They also provide good training sessions regularly so as not only do they make sure all users understand what's going around but how it works too!! Sometimes when we get stuck in some issues our colleagues at CB can come up just by looking into those problems from different angle rather than solving them directly through technical way because sometimes its hard even if u know exactly where things go wrong!! But still i appreciate this approach very much! Just try out once before using otherwise there might be many disappointments later.
