It's clean but a little scratched.
As promised this is a fairly clean disc but when it arrived only one side was covered with a protective film and the side that was not in the kit had scratches. But it worked fine for my purposes. Also, it scratches very easily, I tried polishing it with a shirt and it scratched it.
