Not suitable as a hands-free device
Hands-free device is unfortunately not suitable. I work in a private office, but half the people and more than half the IVR (phone voice menu) don't understand me when I use the speakerphone. I can hear them fine, but it doesn't matter if they can't hear me. I also think this applies to most speakerphones. I can't start a hands-free call without installing the batteries. The difference is that the batteries drain much quicker than my previous speakerphone. Another disadvantage is that there is no indication if someone is using another phone on the line. Most phones have an LED that lights up when the line is busy, but not this one.
