Not what I ordered!

I'm so upset! First, I have 20 whites and 0 blacks. Not at all what is described. Second, I think it might be HTV because it doesn't stick to anything (and I'm not interested in ironing it onto fabric since I cut out words). But the most annoying thing is that I made myself a NEW handlebar mat. The image I've included is after scraping off everything I could. Such a waste!
