The best feature of this product are its customer support team, they always help us with any queries we have in our mind regarding using it or not! I am very happy that i chose them as my partner because now all problems can be solved by just one call from me rather than going through many emails which sometimes get lost due too much spamming!! Also there was no need anymore about manual data entry when creating new tours/packages etc., everything has been done automatically after importing into system via CSV file upload option available within user interface itself.
