The most useful feature is that it integrates with Salesforce so we can get all our leads from one place! It's also great because I love being able to pull up my emails easily by date or subject matter when working remotely at home during quarantine times - no more searching through email folders looking specifically for what i'm trying find!! Sometimes there are issues where some things don't sync properly but usually they work out after contacting support team directly via chat/email (they're very quick!).

So far everything has worked well thoughout this process of moving away from sales force classic into kitwwheel as an addin tool instead which works really nicely now too thanks :) Would highly recommend using them if your interested in solving these problems before jumping straight onto other solutions like Zapier etc!
