Not as advertised, good for blow drying towels

They say you get 24 salon towels and 12 towels but they don't give you the false advertisement of 12 towels and I ordered twice to see them and no they don't give 12 towels . Towels are hard, not soft. They don't absorb as advertised, they are thin. I'm not sure if it's really bleach proof. Feel like I've been ripped off, they need to change the description of what you are buying.
