It was a bit more expensive than what I would call 'cheap' options but when I used it I really had feeling like the mechanic would win No more fumbling around to find a vacuum leak. Increased machine life. You won't fall apart. The only complaint I might have is that the cords get tangled, but given the cost of this machine compared to a commercial machine, this is a very minor issue.
